Boiled Crawfish
Due to the fluctuation of prices in the past couple of years your cost may change. The price may go up or come down. But, please note that we will
Meet the average market price during the week of the event.
Boiled Onions, Garlic, Celery and Lemons
*Crawfish and Vegetables to be boiled on site and constantly placed (hot) in a pirogue throughout the entire event
Boiled Potatoes
AND
Boiled Corn
*Both items to be boiled on site along with the crawfish and kept warm in Chafing Dishes
All Necessary Paper and Plastic Products
To include Styrofoam Trays, Hand wipes and Napkins
Uniformed Chefs and Staff to Set up a skirted Buffet Table with a Pirogue, Chafing Dishes and Serving Utensils, Cook on site, Serve, Replenish, Pick up Trash and place near Trash Pick up located on site
*To Haul Trash would be additional charge. Please let the office know at least 48 hours (business days) in advance so it can be scheduled properly
