Creole, I would like to take this time to say thanks
for giving us the opportunity to do business with you and your company.
The experience and professionalism of our company and staff would
be a positive factor when considering us as a supplier for your
company. The following is a brief description of our company and
what we can do for you.
Our
commissary, King Creole, is a subsidiary of
Mr. Mudbug, Inc. catering. Our new facility is located at 131
23rd Street in Kenner
(the corner of 23rd and Kingston).
We are USDA approved with a HACCP plan in place. With our new
USDA commissary we are capable of producing special requests along
with a complete assortment of our own line of Soups, Sauces, Entrees,
Salad Dressings, Dips, etc. (See attached list of products). We
have UPC Coding and Labeling required by the USDA and other Authorities
on all packaging.
Please
note that we take pride in what we produce and our goal is to successfully
continue to maintain customer satisfaction and exceptional food
quality! With this in mind, I have attached a menu for your perusal.
Simply use these selections as guidelines to what we can do for
you or use them as ideas for your own recipes in which you may want
us to create for you. For your information, we can cook to suit
your companys needs or preferences by omitting all proteins
and just making the bases and sauces.
An
important note from us to you...We understand that Grandmas
Recipes have been in your family, and only your family, for
a long time so we know how important it is to keep these recipes
under strict confidentiality. Therefore, we will sign a Strict
Confidentiality Contract between you (the client) and King
Creole (the commissary) stating that King Creole
nor any company nor employee affiliated with King Creole
will have the right to reproduce your original recipe and sell it
to others without prior agreement between you (the client) and King
Creole (the commissary).
