Attached is our menu for your perusal. Simply use these menu selections as guidelines for ideas. But, remember that your choices are unlimited in personalizing your catering needs.  We would be more than happy to make any necessary modifications to suit your group’s specific theme, budget and dietary needs.  Once you have chosen your menu our experienced staff can price it for you.  Or if you should choose to give us your price range we can propose a menu to suit your budget.

Please note that, if needed, we can also arrange site locations, entertainment and decorations.  We are also a full service rental company... tents, fans, tables & chairs, china & stainless, chafing dishes, etc.

Our main goal is to successfully continue to maintain customer satisfaction and exceptional food quality.  We use only fresh products and most of our dishes are prepared on site by uniformed chefs.

Also keep in mind that we are completely mobile and self-contained and are able to travel to any location with proper advance notice.  Some places of travel have included New York, New England, California and many  more.  We have also catered 100 guests for the Hughston’s Sports Society, 100 guests for Mr. and Mrs. Callaway at Callaway Gardens, approximately 4000 guests at the White House, President Clinton in the White House Kitchen and 6000 guests  for the U.S. Ambassador in Canada. Through operational excellence and experience, we are able to cater an event of any magnitude.  And, I am confident that with proper advance planning we will be able to accommodate any specific food and beverage needs that you may have for any event in or out of town.
