TRAVEL / OUT OF TOWN EVENTS: In November of 1999 Michael Maenza was one of the few caterers chosen to fly to Washington, DC and cook on the grounds of the White House. President Clinton enjoyed his BBQ Shrimp so much that he allowed Michael to prepare more BBQ Shrimp for him in the kitchen of the White House. Also, Michael was invited to cook at the US embassy where he and his crew prepared and served fried tuna, blackened tuna, boiled shrimp and fried oysters for 6000 guests. Other places of travel include Cape Hatteras, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Miami, Fort Meyers, Pensacola, Mississippi and Alabama to name a few. We want to share some pictures of our out of town experiences. |
